The historic restoration of this early 1900’s school building was completed in New Roads, LA in conjunction with Patin Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. The project scope included interior demolition on all three floors, installation of new walls, refurbishment of wood floors, new wood windows & doors, new electrical service to building, new plywood roof deck, new metal roof, exterior & interior painting.
